Binance P2P 2026: How to Buy and Sell USDT — Complete Guide

Binance P2P is the largest P2P marketplace in the world, and I have used it since 2019. Maximum liquidity, dozens of payment methods and zero trading fees. Below is practice from my own trades, not a rephrased help page.

Binance's main edge is scale: the most sellers per fiat, the highest liquidity and 300+ payment methods. Trades are guaranteed by escrow: the seller's USDT is locked and released only after payment is confirmed. P2P fees are zero.

P2P (peer-to-peer) means buying crypto directly from another person, with the exchange as guarantor via escrow: the seller's crypto is locked and released to the buyer only after payment is confirmed.

In my experience, above $100 P2P is clearly cheaper: a 3–5% difference on $1,000 is $30–50 of real money.

Step 1.

Open P2P in the "Buy Crypto" section.

Step 2.

Coin — USDT, your fiat, type — Buy, enter the amount.

Step 3.

Choose a seller (criteria below).

Step 4.

Open the trade — the seller's crypto is locked in escrow.

Step 5.

Transfer the exact amount from the chat details. No "crypto"/"USDT" wording in the note. Tap "Paid".

Step 6.

The seller confirms and USDT lands in your wallet — usually 5–15 minutes.

Don't just take the cheapest. My 5 criteria:

• Trades: 500+ completed
• Rating: 98%+ positive
• Response: under 5 minutes
• Amount fits order limits
• Payment method available with the seller

For $500+ — verified merchants only.

• Never cancel after paying — open a dispute instead.
• Details and chat only on the exchange. Moving to Telegram is a scam.
• A screenshot is not payment — when selling, release crypto only after money arrives.
• Enable 2FA.

Weekdays, 10am–8pm — more sellers, fairer rates. Compare the top 3–5 offers before trading.
