About the BinExpart Editorial Team

BinExpart is run by an editorial team that compares crypto exchanges for traders based in Russia, Ukraine, Belarus, and Kazakhstan, with coverage useful to anyone evaluating these platforms elsewhere too. We are not an exchange, a broker, or a financial advisor. The site pulls together public facts on fees, limits, security, and country access so you don't have to dig through a dozen sources yourself.

The rating currently covers eight exchanges: Bybit, Bitget, Binance, BingX, MEXC, OKX, Gate.io, and Hyperliquid. For each one we check official fee pages, support documentation, public APIs, and news coverage of outages or hacks. When another exchange becomes large or popular enough with our readers, we add it after the same review process. The full methodology and criteria weights live on a separate page.

Spots in the ranking are not for sale. No exchange can pay for a higher position or a better score: we have never been offered that option, and we don't provide one. If an exchange scores well on our criteria but pays us nothing, it still ranks above one that pays and scores worse. Scores change only when the underlying facts change: an exchange cuts fees, bans a new country, or survives a hack.

Some links on the site run through an affiliate program, usually formatted as /go/exchange-name. If you sign up through one of those links, the exchange may pay us a commission. That has no bearing on where the exchange sits in the ranking or what score it gets: the ranking is built on verifiable facts, not on payout size. Full terms are on the affiliate disclosure page.
